Our Construction division works for both private and public owners. We take
pride in our project delivery as a general contractor, construction manager,
and design builder.
Our owners have trained us to perform masonry, rebar tying, roofing, waterproofing, and operate project logistic equipment.
With the Ohio JOC State Contract, PB&D has the opportunity to work efficiently, give our performances credibility, as well as saving public tax dollars.
Job Order Contracting also known as JOC, is a firm fixed priced, competively bid, indefinite quantity procurement process. It is primarily used for repair alterations, and minor new construction projects.
JOC is a fundamentally different construction procurement relationship. Contractors are subject to different motivations and behaviors. There are non-adversarial relationships between owners and contractors.
With this contract, total procurement time is estimated 13-35 days.
